Melhoria Education are Judith Tinsley and Lesley Lowe. We are privileged to also work with an expert team of quality assured associates. Between us we have too many years of experience to admit to! Safeguarding Support
Through our extensive experience and deep understanding of safeguarding in schools we can help you develop a highly effective safeguarding culture. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils is of paramount importance in all educational institutions.We understand how it encompasses measures and policies designed to protect children from harm, abuse, and neglect, whilst also promoting their health, development, and welfare. Hub Support
Within the rapidly changing world of education the importance of schools and leaders working together for the best outcomes for all of the children in their area has become a growing moral imperative for many. We believe as a group of advisors that this is a highly effective way to continue the roles of schools in their communities and also offer the peer-to-peer support that is so key to retaining and supporting the leaders in our schools.
Leadership in schools is not easy, and this model can really be a positive step forward for many in this mixed landscape of academies and LA Maintained schools.
