Each one describes suggestions for the types of activities that might be included, however we are committed to being flexible and innovative, and all packages can be adapted to meet need. My staff hold a great deal of respect for them both and enjoy a strong, positive rapport with them. As former headteachers, they have also supported the training of our Hub Heads, equipping them to lead Supportive Reviews effectively. Together, we have strengthened our teacher CPD, focusing on the EEF ‘Five-a-Day’ principles and in addition flexible grouping, peer marking, greater depth writing, and the new writing framework. More recently, following feedback from our Hub Heads, we have begun extending this CPD support to our teaching assistants as well.
