Getting the foundations right:
This half‑day visit offers a deep dive into your Early Years and Year 1 provision. The focus is on the lived experience of learners, with particular attention to your most vulnerable children. Learning walks with leaders will be followed by a professional discussion and the development of evidence to support your Early Years SEF, as well as consideration of any next steps.
As with all our reviews, we will guide you to celebrate your achievements and identify areas for development through open and honest professional dialogue.
Cost: £450 or £550 with a note of visit
We have worked with Lesley and team for several years now and found her support to be excellent. I can vouch for this after working with various SIAs/SIPs over many years. Lesley is great at supporting schools herself but one of her great strengths is in finding the best people to do specific jobs, eg safeguarding support, continuous provision, coaching, and much more. Whatever it is, she knows someone who knows their stuff and can offer the right support! As an example, she was able to set us up with a school in Wiltshire who were inspirational and, at a difficult time for our school, helped us focus on the important things and really reinvigorated the leadership team.
