Support for leaders of SEND.- The SEND Focused Visit
Are you a SENCo or School leader who wants the assurance that your SEND processes are strong? This half day visit is designed to support school leaders and SENCos to deep dive into their current systems and structures. It provides an opportunity to explore and discuss your school’s current SEND offer and outcomes, and to audit these using a ‘best practice’ checklist. The visit aims to help leaders reflect on the effectiveness of provision and identify strengths and next steps in ensuring high quality SEND practice.
Cost: £450 or £550 with a note of visit (reduction for Melhoria family schools)
We have worked with Lesley and team for several years now and found her support to be excellent. I can vouch for this after working with various SIAs/SIPs over many years. Lesley is great at supporting schools herself but one of her great strengths is in finding the best people to do specific jobs, eg safeguarding support, continuous provision, coaching, and much more. Whatever it is, she knows someone who knows their stuff and can offer the right support! As an example, she was able to set us up with a school in Wiltshire who were inspirational and, at a difficult time for our school, helped us focus on the important things and really reinvigorated the leadership team.
