If you'd like targeted support on a specific area rather than a full review, our half-day focussed visits offer expert, external eyes on the issues that matter most to you right now. From Early Years foundations and inclusion to SEND provision, safeguarding compliance and teaching and learning, each visit combines learning walks, professional dialogue and evidence-gathering to help you evaluate current practice, celebrate strengths and agree clear next steps - with an optional written report available for most visits. SEND Focussed Visit
My staff hold a great deal of respect for them both and enjoy a strong, positive rapport with them. As former headteachers, they have also supported the training of our Hub Heads, equipping them to lead Supportive Reviews effectively. Together, we have strengthened our teacher CPD, focusing on the EEF ‘Five-a-Day’ principles and in addition flexible grouping, peer marking, greater depth writing, and the new writing framework. More recently, following feedback from our Hub Heads, we have begun extending this CPD support to our teaching assistants as well.
