As a new head, venturing into the world of headship and all that it brings could seem quite daunting. However the schools in my hub had just started working with Lesley and the team and this made all the difference to me. Lesley and the team's principles of working with you, really stand firm. If a problem is raised or you would like to focus on a specific area, either Lesley or someone in the team will have expertise in that area and they will work alongside you, supporting you to achieve the best outcome. I know that the team are always at the end of the phone or email and that no question is a silly question!
