This package is currently only available to our 'Hub Package Schools'.
The four sessions will reflect your hub plans and enable governors to develop their skills and their confidence in their strategic role. Three of the sessions will be face to face, enabling governors to share their questions, frustrations and best practice! Sessions can be booked individually or as a package of 4.

Session 1: Online 19th October 6-7.30
Join us for an online OFSTED briefing session where you will learn more about the expectations of the renewed framework, and your role.
Session 2: 11th November 6-7.30pm face to face (venue TBC in one of our hub schools)
Understand your School Development Plan (SDP) and your role in ensuring the appropriate strategic oversite.
Have a tour of the Hub school - practice your monitoring skills!
Session 3: 27th January 6-7.30pm face to face (venue TBC in one of our hub schools)
How to effectively challenge the impact of your SDP
How to effectively monitor through school visit, ensuring you remain strategic.
Will include a tour of areas of the school
Session 4: 28th April 6-7.30pm face to face (venue TBC in one of our hub schools)
