This review is designed to support a school safeguarding readiness review by testing whether safeguarding is effective, embedded and understood across the school community.
Reviewers should triangulate evidence through documentation, conversations with leaders, staff, pupils and governors, observation of practice, and sampling of safeguarding records.

We have worked with Lesley and team for several years now and found her support to be excellent. I can vouch for this after working with various SIAs/SIPs over many years. Lesley is great at supporting schools herself but one of her great strengths is in finding the best people to do specific jobs, eg safeguarding support, continuous provision, coaching, and much more. Whatever it is, she knows someone who knows their stuff and can offer the right support! As an example, she was able to set us up with a school in Wiltshire who were inspirational and, at a difficult time for our school, helped us focus on the important things and really reinvigorated the leadership team.
