A half-day in-school session to review and strengthen your SEF, ensuring you are inspection-ready. This support can also be used in the summer term to develop your SEF more broadly, rather than solely for inspection preparation.

We have worked with Lesley and team for several years now and found her support to be excellent. I can vouch for this after working with various SIAs/SIPs over many years. Lesley is great at supporting schools herself but one of her great strengths is in finding the best people to do specific jobs, eg safeguarding support, continuous provision, coaching, and much more. Whatever it is, she knows someone who knows their stuff and can offer the right support! As an example, she was able to set us up with a school in Wiltshire who were inspirational and, at a difficult time for our school, helped us focus on the important things and really reinvigorated the leadership team.
