This half day visit is designed to support school leaders and SENCos to deep dive into their current systems and structures. It provides an opportunity to explore and discuss your school’s current SEND offer and outcomes, and to audit these using a ‘best practice’ checklist. The visit aims to help leaders reflect on the effectiveness of provision and identify strengths and next steps in ensuring high quality SEND practice
