Melhoria Education are Judith Tinsley and Lesley Lowe. We are privileged to also work with an expert team of quality assured associates. Between us we have too many years of experience to admit to! When working with us, we match the right person to the right school – connections count. We also match the right person to the right piece of work – ensuring that all our schools get the highest quality support input, support and guidance. We are unique in this approach – when working with Melhoria you will have a team of people to call on – all of whom will be fully committed to supporting you whatever your needs. Safeguarding Support
Through our extensive experience and deep understanding of safeguarding in schools we can help you develop a highly effective safeguarding culture. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils is of paramount importance in all educational institutions.We understand how it encompasses measures and policies designed to protect children from harm, abuse, and neglect, whilst also promoting their health, development, and welfare. Creating an environment where everyone feels secure, valued, and respected, fostering a positive atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth is key in making safeguarding practices effective. Hub Support
Within the rapidly changing world of education the importance of schools and leaders working together for the best outcomes for all of the children in their area has become a growing moral imperative for many. We believe as a group of advisors that this is a highly effective way to continue the roles of schools in their communities and also offer the peer-to-peer support that is so key to retaining and supporting the leaders in our schools.
Leadership in schools is not easy, and this model can really be a positive step forward for many in this mixed landscape of academies and LA Maintained schools.

As a new head, venturing into the world of headship and all that it brings could seem quite daunting. However the schools in my hub had just started working with Lesley and the team and this made all the difference to me. Lesley and the team's principles of working with you, really stand firm. If a problem is raised or you would like to focus on a specific area, either Lesley or someone in the team will have expertise in that area and they will work alongside you, supporting you to achieve the best outcome. I know that the team are always at the end of the phone or email and that no question is a silly question! Over the last academic year, we have been able to offer our staff high quality CPD through Lesley and the team, for teachers, TA's and Governors. This has been invaluable and enhanced the quality of teaching for our children.
