The SEF and SDP package
This package aims to support school leaders to ensure their SEF is clear, concise and effective and that it both measures the impact of school development as well as celebrating strengths. The support also aims to ensure the SDP reflect the SEF and is targeted, smart and include clear measurable outcomes.

- ½ day school visit alongside leaders
- 1 day reading and reviewing the SEF and SDP
- Follow up discussion and next steps following the review of documentation.

We have worked with Lesley and team for several years now and found her support to be excellent. I can vouch for this after working with various SIAs/SIPs over many years.
