This is a new focused package designed to support the renewed framework. Schools working within Hubs may well want to incorporate this into their wider hub package. If you are not currently working in a Hub, then this package may be for you too. We aim to be flexible with our approach.
We are committed to no school being alone. If you are a school leader without a hub then this package will enable you to access everything our Melhoria family of schools have – including each other! Our approach to our school improvement work is to develop open, honest and trusted relationships with all our schools. To provide you with professional challenge and feedback, and to ensure that we are always available to offer flexible support and guidance, when you need it. We aim to be part of your team and for your school to be part of our wider Melhoria family.
What we offer:
- Melhoria membership – become part of our family. Access to ongoing support, online resources, Melhoria meetings with fellow leaders and reduced cost CPD
- Full Inclusion, Curriculum and teaching, Early years review (full day in school with 2 Melhoria experts)
- Detailed notes of visit related to the renewed framework. Celebrating Successes and highlighting next steps
- ½ day follow up visit (focus to be agreed but currently this is around developing an evidenced based SEF)
- Governance session and support
Cost: £1800 (20% reduction for small schools of less than 120 pupils)

As a new head, venturing into the world of headship and all that it brings could seem quite daunting. However the schools in my hub had just started working with Lesley and the team and this made all the difference to me. Lesley and the team's principles of working with you, really stand firm. If a problem is raised or you would like to focus on a specific area, either Lesley or someone in the team will have expertise in that area and they will work alongside you, supporting you to achieve the best outcome. I know that the team are always at the end of the phone or email and that no question is a silly question! Over the last academic year, we have been able to offer our staff high quality CPD through Lesley and the team, for teachers, TA's and Governors. This has been invaluable and enhanced the quality of teaching for our children.
