Each one describes suggestions for the types of activities that might be included, however we are committed to being flexible and innovative, and all packages can be adapted to meet need. As a new head, venturing into the world of headship and all that it brings could seem quite daunting. However the schools in my hub had just started working with Lesley and the team and this made all the difference to me. Lesley and the team's principles of working with you, really stand firm. If a problem is raised or you would like to focus on a specific area, either Lesley or someone in the team will have expertise in that area and they will work alongside you, supporting you to achieve the best outcome. I know that the team are always at the end of the phone or email and that no question is a silly question! Over the last academic year, we have been able to offer our staff high quality CPD through Lesley and the team, for teachers, TA's and Governors. This has been invaluable and enhanced the quality of teaching for our children.
