Each one describes suggestions for the types of activities that might be included, however we are committed to being flexible and innovative, and all packages can be adapted to meet need. The whole process has really helped us to focus in on our strengths, particularly with your thoughts on how we can better highlight these to an inspection team and external partners more generally, as well as highlighting areas that need further work. I have experienced a number of visits from various improvement partners in my experience as a head - this visit has been one of the most productive especially within the context of a new and relatively unknown framework.
