Hub Support

We know that when schools work together, they are stronger. The hub model has been developed, in partnership with school leaders, to create strong and resilient families of schools. Each hub will have a dedicated Lead Advisor and a shared Hub Improvement Plan. This plan enables schools to identify common priorities, pool expertise, and work collectively on areas for development.

Hub working gives schools the opportunity not only to share best practice, but also to take risks, innovate, and develop new ideas together. Hub leaders consistently highlight the support they receive from fellow headteachers as invaluable.

As part of the hub package, your school will also be connected with all hubs across the wider Melhoria family. This strengthens the system even further by enabling schools to share improvement priorities, best practice, support, and guidance across a much broader network

As a new head, venturing into the world of headship and all that it brings could seem quite daunting. However the schools in my hub had just started working with Lesley and the team and this made all the difference to me. Lesley and the team's principles of working with you, really stand firm. If a problem is raised or you would like to focus on a specific area, either Lesley or someone in the team will have expertise in that area and they will work alongside you, supporting you to achieve the best outcome. I know that the team are always at the end of the phone or email and that no question is a silly question! Over the last academic year, we have been able to offer our staff high quality CPD through Lesley and the team, for teachers, TA's and Governors. This has been invaluable and enhanced the quality of teaching for our children.
