Hub Support
This is one of our most exciting packages and has been developed with groups of head teachers. This package is designed to facilitate the hub model of school improvement. The package will be designed by you with the help of an allocated Hub School Improvement Partner who will act as your ‘plan holder’.
Safeguarding Reviews
Judith is a nationally renowned safeguarding consultant, having many years supporting schools across the country. We believe that safeguarding children is central to all our work and a key passion of ours. Safeguarding is one the key areas that cause headteachers and senior leaders the most stress. We offer a range of support packages to enable you to assure your school is complaint and also to evaluate the effectiveness of your safeguarding processes.
SIP Packages
Package A is designed to support individual schools to develop an ongoing relationship with their nominated SIP who can provide support and challenge through a range of activities while Package B is focussed on an external review.
New to Headship Package
This package is designed for school leaders either recently appointed, or in their first few years of headship. It would also support acting or interim headteachers. It is a flexible package so can be adapted to meet the needs of school leaders.
SEF and SDP Package
This package aims to support school leaders to ensure their SEF is clear, concise and effective and that it both measures the impact of school development as well as celebrating strengths. The support also aims to ensure the SDP reflect the SEF and is targeted, smart and include clear measurable outcomes.
Head Teacher Performance Management Package
This package is designed to be flexible. Your nominated SIP will support you and your governors through the process, either simply as an external advisor, or to write up and record the process.
DSL Supervision Package
This package provides supervision for DSLs and DDSL, either individually or as teams – whatever works for you. It is delivered by trained supervisors.
Governor Development Package
This is a flexible package aimed at supporting governors in their role. It can include a variety of activities to meet the needs to specific governing bodies.
As a new head, venturing into the world of headship and all that it brings could seem quite daunting. However the schools in my hub had just started working with Lesley and the team and this made all the difference to me. Lesley and the team's principles of working with you, really stand firm. If a problem is raised or you would like to focus on a specific area, either Lesley or someone in the team will have expertise in that area and they will work alongside you, supporting you to achieve the best outcome. I know that the team are always at the end of the phone or email and that no question is a silly question! Over the last academic year, we have been able to offer our staff high quality CPD through Lesley and the team, for teachers, TA's and Governors. This has been invaluable and enhanced the quality of teaching for our children.
