Leading Inclusion and understanding the IDSR
This half‑day visit will focus on your IDSR, with a particular lens on vulnerable groups, alongside a review of your Pupil Premium and SEND provision and the impact of this on outcomes over time. Evidence will be gathered through a learning walk, with a specific focus on vulnerable learners and an evaluation of your core offer, high‑quality teaching, targeted support, and high‑quality interventions.
This will be followed by a professional discussion with leaders of Inclusion (HT/PP Lead/SENCo), exploring the impact of planned provision and outcome data within the Achievement area of the renewed framework. Further discussions with the Pupil Premium Lead (including a review of the PP statement) and the SENCo will support an evaluation of how effectively provision is improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
Cost: £450 or £550 with a note of visit (discount for Melhoria family schools)
