Safeguarding Support

Judith is a nationally renowned safeguarding consultant, having many years supporting schools across the country. We believe that safeguarding children is central to all our work and a key passion of ours. We know how important it is for pupils to feel safe and supported, we also know that abuse can happen anywhere. Safeguarding is the one key area that causes headteachers and senior leaders the most stress. We offer a range of support packages to enable you to assure your school is compliant and also to evaluate the effectiveness of your safeguarding processes.In addition we offer training and supervision - giving DSLs the opportunity to discuss and reflect on their work. We also offer bespoke packages of support for maintained schools and trusts – please make contact if you would like to discuss this support and we would be happy to create a package or one off visit to meet your needs.

The Annual Safeguarding  Support Package

This is a package that offers a years support for your school.

It includes:

• a half day complaince visit, including SCR check,
• 3 x one hour supervision sessions.
• access to all our safeguarding resources (including annual training pack)
• three times a year safeguarding newsletter.
• We are also at the end of the phone if you need guidance of course. 

Cost: £795 per year (reductions when bought with other packages available)

The Safeguarding Effectiveness Review

This is a one day ‘safeguarding effectiveness review’. This review works to assure school leaders that their safeguarding processes are robust and that their systems are positively impacting on outcomes for pupils.

• One day review with either one or two members of our team
• Compliance check (including SCR/HR)
• Safeguarding record keeping discussion with DSL and DDSL
• Discussion with SEMH/Behaviour/SEND lead
• Pupil voice interview
• Discussion with the safeguarding governor
• Conversations with members of staff
• Full report with recommendations
• Ongoing support and guidance
• Website check – safeguarding compliance

Cost: £700 primary – quote on request for secondary settings

The Safeguarding Compliance check

This is half day on site visit. This check works to assure school leaders and governors that all statutory safeguarding processes are compliant.

• Compliance check (SCR/HR check)

• Full report with recommendations
