The learning walks and reviews they have carried out have been crucial to the school’s development. Judith conducts our annual safeguarding reviews, which are always exceptionally thorough and leave us feeling confident, well-informed, and clear about any changes or improvements required. Both Judith and Lesley are always only a phone call away, offering timely advice and reassurance whenever needed. Judith and Lesley have helped simplify complex processes, supported the writing of our School Development Plan, and have been instrumental in reducing feelings of overwhelm. Judith also supports my appraisal process alongside my governors, and her leadership and encouragement have truly empowered me to be the best leader I can be.
